SHIPPING POLICY

Preferred shipping method is UPS Ground.
Free shipping(continental U.S. only) on orders over $125.00.

Orders of 60.00 to 124.99, a shipping charge of $6.00 will be added.

Orders of under 60.00, a shipping charge of $12.00 will be added

For Alaska, Hawaii and overseas shipping, contact us at info@DiscountMarinePartsStore.com for shipping charges. All shipping charges outside continental US are calculated by weight and country of destination.

No C.O.D. orders.

On orders refused by customers, shipping cost is paid by customer.

RETURNS

Returns must be approved with a RMA# (return merchandise authorization number) which can be obtained by phoning 941-708-3405 or by emailing info@DiscountMarinePartsStore.com. When obtaining an RMA#, the appropriate return mailing address will be provided. Returns received without an RMA# will not be refunded. Items returned damaged, not in sellable condition, or over 15 days from delivery date will be refused. Returns must include original packaging and all accessories. Customer will be refunded the amount of the order minus our cost for shipping (this includes our shipping cost on orders where free shipping is offered to customer on orders over $125), and customer will be responsible for shipping cost of returned item.

No returns on carburetors and electrical parts.
